Sarah’s behind the bar serving up pints and It’s also Industry Night, so if you work in beer or wine, enjoy $1 off all night long as our way of saying thanks for keeping the good stuff flowing.

This week’s featured act is comedian Dominic Thornton, bringing the jokes, the charm, and apparently the most luxurious hair in Sonoma County. Rumor has it his secret is Mane ’n Tail, and frankly… we believe it.
Expect comedy, music, poetry, storytelling, and whatever else crawls onto the stage.

Saturday, July 11 is All American Pet Photo Day, and we're celebrating the furry, feathered, and delightfully weird companions who make life better.
Bring your funniest pet photos to Iron Ox and show them off! Whether your dog sleeps upside down, your cat judges everyone from the top of the fridge, or your bearded dragon has better selfies than you do, we want to see them. Bonus points for ridiculous expressions, questionable life choices, and maximum chaos.

Attention, Planeswalkers! Untap, upkeep, draw... then head to Iron Ox Brewing for an evening of spells, shenanigans, and suspiciously lucky top decks.
The taproom opens at 4:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to grab a pint, admire everyone else's cardboard investments, and insist your deck is "just for fun" before absolutely popping off. Magic kicks off at 6:00 PM.
Whether you're slinging Commander, testing a new brew, or wondering why your opponent has fourteen triggers on the stack, there's a seat at the table for you. New players are always welcome, and there's usually someone happy to explain the rules... right before they counter your spell.

Pet Fire Safety Day at Iron Ox Brewing

We all know your pets think they run the house. Unfortunately, every year some of them prove it by accidentally starting fires. (Looking at you, cat who treats the stove like a jungle gym.)
Join us at Iron Ox Brewing as we celebrate Pet Fire Safety Day with cold beer, good company, and a reminder that our furry roommates are adorable little agents of chaos. According to the American Humane Society, house fires affect more than 500,000 pets every year, and over 1,000 home fires are actually started by pets. That's a lot of dogs saying, "I regret nothing."
While our poster features bartender Chris getting heroically rescued from a flaming marshmallow by an elite squad of critters, real pet fire safety is no joke. Take a few minutes to:
- Check your smoke alarms.
- Make an escape plan that includes your pets.
- Keep an emergency kit with food, water, medications, and ID.
- Put a pet rescue window cling on your door or window so firefighters know who's inside.
Let's be honest—your guinea pig isn't going to operate a fire extinguisher, and your pug isn't dialing 911. They're counting on you to have a plan.
So stop by, grab a pint, laugh at Chris's questionable s'mores technique, and toast to the tiny, fluffy weirdos who somehow make life better every day.

Get ready for another unforgettable night of comedy, music, and wonderfully questionable decisions at Edgy Open Mic! Join us in the beer garden on Thursday, July 16, with sign-ups at 6:00 PM and the show running 6:30–10:00 PM. Since we'll be outside, you may want to bring a jacket or blanket for when the evening cools down.
This week's featured performer is Thorton (Thor) McKay. Thor is a comedian, storyteller, and mental health advocate whose life took an extraordinary turn when he became the 39th known person to survive a jump from the Golden Gate Bridge. Today, he shares his experience with honesty, resilience, and humor, using comedy to help break the stigma surrounding mental health and to remind people that hope can exist even after life's darkest moments.
While Tika is out performing on the big stage we'll have some guest hosts (But she'll be here in spirit!), keeping the laughs rolling all night long, with sound by Rob Wegner. Whether you're taking the stage for the first time or just coming to cheer on your friends, everyone is welcome. As always, the show is all ages (though 18+ is recommended due to mature content), and walk-in performers are encouraged.
