Chris Behind the Bar + No Manches Food Truck 

This Tuesday at Iron Ox Brewing, Chris is back behind the bar, ready to pour pints, talk beer, and keep the good vibes flowing.

Rolling in tonight is No Manches, serving up their ridiculously good burritos, tacos, and other Mexican/Salvadorian street food favorites. If you’ve had them before, you already know. If you haven’t, this is your sign to fix that.

We’ll also have our new release on tap and in 4-packs to-go: AdamOxium, a bold West Coast IPA packed with Citra, Amarillo, and Strata hops. Expect bright citrus, punchy tropical notes, and that crisp, classic West Coast finish.

So the plan is simple:

• No Manches cooking the food
• Fresh AdamOxium and Smart Feller IIIPA on tap

Wednesdays at Iron Ox Brewing are all about keeping it easy. Chris is bartending, the beers are flowing, and the vibes are low-key — perfect for a midweek reset.

No Manches is back rocking it in the food department, so make sure you grab some of their awesome Mexican and Salvadorian fusion eats, and don't forget to check out their amazing weekly specials (One of the best Pastrami Paninis I've had since moving from the North East to Cali!)

🎤 Edgy Open Mic at Iron Ox Brewing — Every Thursday!

Join us this Thursday for another round of Edgy Open Mic, where the talent is bold, the vibes are electric, and the beer is cold. Whether you're a comedian, poet, musician, storyteller, or someone who just wants to get weird on a microphone—we’ve got a spot for you.

Hosted by the incomparable Tika Moon, this night brings personality, humor, and just the right amount of chaos to keep things exciting. Sound is being rocked by Rob Wagner, keeping every performance crisp, clean, and dialed in.

This week’s featured performer is Connor Johnson, a comic who brings awkward honesty, dry observations, and the occasional overshare to the stage. 

Connor’s material pulls from everyday confusion, questionable life decisions, and the humbling experience of realizing there are still many things he doesn’t understand — including, by his own admission, large portions of female anatomy.

 La Chiapaneca will be rolling up to serve their incredible street-style tacos from 4–8pm. Known for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and seriously satisfying tacos, they’re the perfect pairing for a cold pint in the taproom.

This Friday, grab a pint and join us for Movie Night at Iron Ox Brewing as we show the cult classic Army of Darkness on the big screen.

Travel back to medieval times with Ash Williams as he battles skeleton armies, deadites, and questionable life decisions in one of the most fun and quotable horror-comedies ever made. Whether you’re a longtime fan or seeing it for the first time, it’s the perfect kind of chaotic movie to enjoy with a cold beer in hand.

Showtime: 6:30 PM

Come early and grab dinner from MexiKen’s, serving up delicious Mexican street food from 4:30–8 PM. Their tacos and birria pair dangerously well with a fresh pint from the taproom.

We’re embracing the spirit of 3.14 with great beer, good company, and plenty of questionable math jokes. Whether you’re a numbers nerd, a comedy fan, or just here for the beer, Pi Day at Iron Ox is the perfect excuse to raise a glass.

The night gets even better when Comedy IRL brings their Comedy Showdown to the taproom. Expect a lineup of hilarious comics battling it out on stage for laughs, glory, and bragging rights.

Sunday, March 15th marks the legendary Ides of March, and while history tells us to beware… the only thing you need to watch out for at Iron Ox Brewing is running out of good beer.

Join us in the taproom for an evening of Not-So-Stabby Fun as we toast to questionable Roman life choices, dramatic betrayals, and much better outcomes involving pints instead of daggers. Whether you’re a history nerd, a Shakespeare fan, or just someone who appreciates a solid beer and a good excuse to raise a glass, the Ides are a perfect reason to stop by.

No conspiracies here—just great beer, good company, and the reminder that while Caesar had a rough day… your Sunday doesn’t have to.
